How to do it

  1. Take a confident step forward — long enough that your front shin stays vertical.
  2. Lower straight down until both knees sit near 90°.
  3. Keep your torso tall; eyes forward, not at your feet.
  4. Push through the front heel to drive back up.
  5. Stand fully tall between reps before switching legs.
