How to do it

  1. Hands just wider than your shoulders, fingers spread for a stable base.
  2. Squeeze your glutes and brace your abs — one straight line from head to heels.
  3. Lower your chest to just above the floor, elbows at about 45° from your body.
  4. Slow on the way down, then press the floor away hard.
  5. Keep your neck long — look at the floor slightly ahead of your hands.
