How to do it

  1. Bound sideways off one leg, landing on the other like a speed skater.
  2. Stay low — hips back, chest slightly forward, knees soft.
  3. Stick each landing for a beat before pushing off again.
  4. Swing your arms across your body for rhythm and balance.
  5. Make the bounds wider as your control improves.
